Letting your fears die, remembering these faith tools
Exercise, meditation, affirmations be kind to strangers
Make them friends, eat more greens, play pretend, dance in the street, sing out loud, getting out of the house, jumping up in the air, sitting down on the ground, moving change, flexing thoughts, trust your judgment, be your boss, instruct yourself to love a lot, don't wait forever, be on the spot, be in the now, be the bright luminescence because you are the sun behind the clouds
