Finding True Friendship is like finding buried treasure.
A hidden shimmer.
It isn’t obvious, or surfaced, or common, or easy to locate.
It gets lost under heavy layers of dirt, dense decay, and unsureness
It takes inward deep digging to find it

You need a map
Blueprints to build a temple
Where energy gathers to dance, swirl
And blend undoubtedly endless
Buried like rotting bones, onion bulbs
and accidentally hurt feelings.
Treasure, like apologizes when you really mean it.
Treasure like meals shared with laughter on common ground,
Treasure like feeling comfortable enough with someone to feel sad in a beautiful way.
Treasure is being able to communicate exactly what you need to say

Searching for honesty in a lying world
stripping insecurity from untrustworthy assumptions
Being exposed is so vulnerable
True Friendship is like buried treasure,
You’re scared of losing it.
